A personal sandbox for testing cross-exchange strategies — order routing, market-data normalisation across half a dozen venues, a simulated execution layer for backtests, a live execution layer behind a hard kill-switch. Built mostly to learn the operational shape of running strategies live, including the parts nobody writes blog posts about (reconciliation, dropped websocket reconnects, exchange-specific rate-limit personalities).

Running, kept on a tight risk budget, no pretense of being a product.
