Spotscore

A property-search tool aimed at the Norwegian market — what Turboscore does for cars, but for housing, against the public listing portals and the registry data behind them (Kartverket, Plan og bygning). Scores listings on quality-of-fit for the buyer’s stated priorities (commute, schools, light, neighbourhood character) using real geographic and registry data, not just keyword matching against the listing text.

Same general stack as Turboscore — Python crawler, PostgreSQL, an embedding-and-ranker pipeline — with the Kartverket integrations doing most of the heavy lifting on the data side.
